Just a reminder about the final chance to look for the Medallion to collect on the computer will be this Sat. the 12 of July with registration between 9:30 and 10:00 am at the dive center and leaving for the lake at 10:00 am.  If it is not found during the dive those that registered at the dive center will have a chance on the drawing for the computer.  You must register at Tri-State Diving to have a chance to win it.  If it is found before Sat. it must be turned in by 5:00 PM on Friday July 11, to collect on the medallion.  If found after that date other than Sat. the 12 of July during the dive it will be void for collecting on the computer.
Lake Six now has about 16 feet vis. which is a far cry from what we had last fall when it was nearly 40 feet but it now seems to be one of the clearer lakes in the area.  Lake Seven is running about 10+ in shallower depths but poor at greater depths.  Pickerel Lake has dropped to less than 10 feet.  Reports are that Little Mac. has good vis.. Spider Lake NE of Park Rapids is also suppose to be good.  Let us know if you find some clear lakes in the area.
Our 4th of July week was very busy with a lot of new faces coming into the dive center.  Our staff had 53 kids and leaders try scuba this week and they all had a great time.  This is their third summer to come up and experience diving with their camp.
